Our System Emails Customization feature allows you to tailor the emails sent from the platform to your customers. This guide will walk you through how to access and use this powerful tool to enhance your brand’s communication and maintain consistency across all email interactions.


Accessing the Feature

  1. Navigate to the Emails & Automation Section: Log into your dashboard and select the ‘Emails & Automation’ tab from the main menu.

  2. Go to System Emails: Click on the ‘System Emails’ option within this section to access the customization settings.

How to Customize an Email Template

  1. Select the Type of Email: Choose whether you're customizing emails for customers or administrators.

  2. Choose the Specific Email: Click on the email type you wish to customize from the list provided.

  3. Customize Your Template: Use our drag & drop editor to customize your email or add new blocks. You can add your logo, change fonts, and insert links to ensure each email reflects your brand’s identity.

  4. Preview and Save: Always preview your email to ensure everything looks perfect. Save your changes to update the system.
