Introducing Individual Emailing in Maindesk

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Individual Emailing feature in Maindesk. This feature is designed to enhance your communication strategy by allowing you to send personalized emails directly from your CRM to individual contacts. It streamlines the process of connecting with your audience on a one-to-one basis, making every interaction more meaningful.

Getting Started with Individual Emailing

  1. Navigate to CRM: Log in to your Maindesk dashboard and go to the Contacts section.

    Select a Contact: Choose the contact you wish to email from your list.

    Compose Your Email: on the top right, click on the envelope icon to send an individual email. There, you can craft your message directly. You have the flexibility to:

    • Change the email subject.

    • Write your content in the text editor or use the advanced drag & drop email builder for HTML emails.

    • Add properties and customize according to your needs.

  2. Scheduling Your Email: If you wish to send your email at a later time, simply use the scheduling feature. Select the date and time for your email to be sent, and Maindesk will handle the rest.

  3. Send or Schedule: Once your email is ready, choose to send it immediately or schedule it as per your preference.
