In order to send WhatsApp message to specific contact, navigate to Contacts and click on the contact you would like to send the message to.

In their profile card, you will see the Message button.

Click on it and select Send WhatsApp

Submit your WhatsApp template to be approved by Meta (Facebook)

What are WhatsApp templates?

WhatsApp templates are template messages required to start marketing, utility, or authentication conversations with customers.

Templates must be approved by Meta (Facebook) before they can be sent in template messages.

Once your composed your message and you're ready to send it, you need to submit it as a template to be approved by Meta (Facebook).

Just click on Submit Message for Approval

Your template needs to have a Name - Language and a Category.

  1. For templates Name, Only lowercase alphanumeric characters and underscores are allowed.

  2. Make sure to select the language your message is written in.

  3. Category : depending on your message, you need to choose the appropriate category:

  • Marketing (advertising, promotions, news, etc)

  • Utility (accounts, orders, subscriptions, etc)

high-quality messages = higher chances to be approved. But at the end, it’s META decision.

How to schedule a WhatsApp message to be sent later or on a specific date and time

Once your message tab is open and you're done writing your message, click on the Schedule button and select your desired date and time and click Save Message.
