Creating a membership product

Membership products are a dynamic way to offer content and services through a subscription-based model, where customers pay a recurring fee to access exclusive benefits. This model is highly versatile, supporting a wide array of offerings such as paid newsletters, coaching and teaching-oriented memberships, book club subscriptions, and memberships for online communities and networking. Create your membership

To begin creating products for your store, navigate to the 'Store' tab located at the top of your screen. From there, click on the 'Add Product' and choose 'Membership'

Subscription Products

Subscription products are ideal for generating a steady income by charging customers on a recurring basis. When setting up subscription products, decide on the frequency of payments :

  • Monthly payments

  • Weekly payments

  • Billing cycles

This flexibility allows you to tailor the subscription to the needs and preferences of your target audience. Recommendations include offering multiple subscription tiers to cater to different levels of engagement and investment, and clearly explaining the benefits at each level to encourage upgrades.

Note : Any changes you make to the subscription terms will only apply to new customers, preserving trust and consistency with your existing subscribers.

Create membership group

To start creating your membership groups: Go to the contacts tab 'CRM' and select add group as shown above.

When creating your 'membership product' A members group tab to now be displayed.

By pressing select, a new pop out window is displayed. Here you can choose you specific membership group you want to be allocated to that product purchase. Note: You can select more than one members group.

Membership (Secured) content

To assign a page to be only accessible only by group members you can do that by clicking on Pages or a folder where your page is located. Find the page you want to restrict access to and click on the Three Dots Icon to get to the page settings.

In Page Access drop down select Members Only and click on Choose Member Groups, after that all you need to do is select what groups should have access to that page. This also applies to funnel steps.

Members Login page

Once your customers register for your membership, Members receive an email with the login link automatically. To customize your members login page: Go to System pages and select Members Login/Registrations.

Once you have customized your members login page, the next stage is to select where the members will be re-directed to after they log in.

Members Details page

Members are allocated a membership management page automatically. To modify your members management page: Go to System pages and select Members details.
